    Probably the worst experience with an insurance agent I've ever had. I decided to switch insurance companies because my old insurance provider had raised my rates unexpectedly, so I figured I'd try Rick Hamby Nationwide. The agent that I worked with here is Elizabeth Vang, she was friendly and appared to be interested in trying to help me get a better rate on my multiple car policy. Elizabeth "Liz" had me get a policy which she said would be kind of high cost for a month or so while she could find a better rate for us at which time she would move us to the a new provider or see what she could do for us to save money. Months went by and we never got switched nor was she able to save us any money, in fact the price we were paying with her exceeded the highest rate we had ever paid with the previous company. So a few weeks before our 6 month policy was set to expire I began trying to contact her to see if we were going to be able to do anything about the cost and because I needed my proof of insurance cards for my vehicles, I called her 3 different days and everytume she was busy or when she called back she gave us the same answer "let me see what I can find out/Let me see what I can do"...she would tell us that she was going to move some stuff around and call me back but she never did. About a week before our policy expiration date my father who was on the policy with me visited her office to try to get an answer about our policy renewal terms, she told him the same thing she told me over the phone and neither of us never heard back from her regarding any of our concerns. She actually went on vacation and didn't even bother to do anything for us before she left...not even the proof of insurance cards which all she had to do was print them. Instead while she was out on vacation she had the office secretary call us to remind us that we were only a few days from loosing coverage and that we needed to make a payment for the renewal policy. I'm so disappointed with the level customer care, professionalism and respect we received from her. I would have understood if she would've called me back and told me there was nothing she could do for us, so that I could move on and find a new agent/company but she just ignored our concerns and didn't even bother to call us back or explain anything.
