  They will take their sweet time to fix any problems, but they sure don’t mind charging rent while you’re waiting. This is a terrible company to rent from and I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Shook and tarlton are scam artis they never came to fix anything i asked them to my air conditiin broke and guess what they ! Never came my floor was soft and had mold so one day i was walking and the floor fell in well they said they would come fix it a week later some guy came and put a board on top of it he never came to fix it he just coverd the hole with a piece of wood my refrigator was makeing loud noises and guess what they never came to fix it i gave them a 30 day notice that i was moving and i signed and all and they are trying to say i was still living their and tried to charge me i turned in all of my keys so how is it possible well long story short they will be sued they are trying to bail out on giving me my deposit and i am taken legal action!!
